The first pic is one fabulous looking family!
The second picture is of my sister Kathy
and her family.

The first picture is of my brother David and his girlfriend and her son. They always make the trip out from Ohio.
The second picture is of my brother Sean and his family. I just found out tonight that his wife who is pregnant will be having a girl!!!

These pictures are of my sisters. The first one is my sister Donna and her family. She has two other daughters who were in Spain over the 4th for a Spanish trip with school.
The second picture is of my sister Denice and her family.

I hope all had a wonderful 4th of July.

We spent the weekend camping and celebrating my mom and dad's 40th wedding anniversary.

Their anniversary is in August but it is during the 4th that my sister and her family comes to Iowa from Ohio and my brother David also comes out from Ohio. The only ones missing is my oldest sister Dyann who lives in southern Iowa and her family. She did not come because she is a brat and is acting like a 7 year old instead of a 50 year old. Oh.... she is my half-sister hence why she is 50 and my mom and dad are celebrating their 40th :)

So here's a picture of my family that showed up.

Congratulations

Congrats to Trevor for getting his blue belt in Tae Kwon Do.
It was a hot night and Trevor was very nervous. When testing for a blue belt you have 6 forms to learn and more hand and foot techniques then in other lower belts. The black belt kept telling Trevor to breathe and I did wonder if he was going to pass out because of his nerves. He did great and all his hard work paid off.

Way to go TREVOR !!!!!

At the beginning of this month the kids were due for a haircut. Alivia has been growing her hair long but decided it would be easier to take care of and cooler for the summer. She got about 6 inches cut off and this is her new look.

If it's not for a concert I just don't think....

OK, I'm finally recovered! Monday morning I got up at 4:30am (you all know I don't do early) for Vanessa to pick me up at 5:00am so we could go to the homeschool to get classes for our kids for next year. These are just fun extra classes in art, science and for Trevor spanish that a teacher does and it gives me a little break from school that day and the kids get to meet others.

So we get to the homeschool parking lot about 5:30 and when we pull in there is a line of 50 people in front of us. So that would mean that these people got up even earlier to be there by who knows what time in the morning. There was even a truck that had a camper on the back of it. So those people must have camped out to get the first place in line.

Now last year I was in NYC and Darryl did this for me and next year I hope to be in NYC so he will do it for me again. I sat there thinking we are doing this to get our kids into classes they don't need and if it's not for a concert like KISS, Bon Jovi, or other awesome bands I'm just not sure it is worth it.

Here is a picture of the people in front of me in line.
